Samana Developers, a leading Dubai-based real estate developer, announced the opening of a new office in Abu Dhabi.
Market Expansion Strategy
The company stated that the action is intended to improve service offerings to brokers and real estate investors and is a reaction to the growing demand for luxury real estate from Abu Dhabi.
It said the new office will serve the company’s Abu Dhabi clients, who currently account for a substantial 20% of sales.
Building on the significant price growth of its Dubai developments, Samana Developers hopes to broaden its customer base in Abu Dhabi.

Samana Developers has projects spread throughout Dubai, including Jumeirah Village Circle, Arjan, Majan, Dubai Studio City, Dubail and Meydan, Deira Island, Dubai Production City, and Discovery Gardens, and its portfolio is valued at approximately AED 16 billion.
